Apricot Rice Cubes
9 fresh apricots (1lb.)
3/4 cup coconut milk
Honey
Cooked rice
Food process apricots, coconut milk, and honey to taste. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cooked rice to the bottom of each cube. Fill with apricot mixture. Freeze. amy w.
